Bike servicing

Bike servicing in one Yamaha authorised centre is not valuable. While I say this I understand this may have impact on Yamaha brand but these (not all) service centre which are mentioned by them as authorised Yamaha center are not giving valuable service to the customers. Valueable service is far beyond but not even minimum service to the customer.

Some of the authorised service center also have selling outlet or branch. While selling the bike they promise to give good service but later they just have it for sake of making money.

Once they had forgotten to fix a nut of a mud guard.

This quite seem very minor issue but the same service centre missed to fix a nut between the engine. First of all I was not sure while servicing in warranty of free service why that nut was even open. It gives impression that to fix other customers bike they took out my bike nut and bolt and used it and above that they charged from both of us.

After some two or three services only my bike started to vibrate more than it was while purchasing. It is not also run above 2000 kms.

I hope Yahama company do some action to review customer feedback and help themselves to keep the brand name up.
